Additional data from Affymetrix expression microarray and SAGE experiments can be found in StemBase. Samples in StemBase are generated mostly from human and mouse stem cell samples and their derivatives. The samples were submitted by researchers of the Stem Cell Network and processed at StemCore Laboratory, an Ontario Genomics Innovation Centre, under the management of Ms. Pearl Campbell.
