IP Toolkit
The Aggregate Therapeutics IP Toolkit, contains seven template agreements including an option and licence agreement, a material transfer agreement, a non-disclosure agreement (one and two-way), a collaborative research agreement, and a services agreement. These templates may be adapted by participating IRC institutions in their dealings with IRC and other IRC partner companies.
