IP Toolkit
The IRC will utilize the Aggregate Therapeutics IP Toolkit, which contains seven template agreements including an option and licence agreement, a material transfer agreement, a non-disclosure agreement (one and two-way), a collaborative research agreement, and a services agreement. These templates may be adapted by participating institutions in their dealings with the other IRC member institutions.
