IRC Gene Expression Data
Gene expression data for differentiation of G4 mESC to neurons and astrocytes have been generated by the IRC group at the Ottawa Health Research Institute. These data are available from Stembase by following this link.
These and additional gene expression data are being collected into a new IRC gene expression repository, which will be available from this page at a future date.
